Go With the Flow!

A wise man once said, "Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're gonna get."

This is true, especially if you don't read the legend that tells you what kind of chocolates are in the box.

We are agents of entropy and chaos. From the moment of our conception, until we take our last breath, we are evolving and affecting change in our environments. I think it's part of our higher purpose to continue to evolve and transcend ourselves. We are destined for transcendence!

I crave change. Every new situation is an adventure. An opportunity for me to grow and evolve. A chance for me to learn from past mistakes and do things differently this time around.

When it comes to change in life, there is no good or bad. There is only you and how you react to the change. Opposing change head-on never works. Life is a river. To fight against its flow is futile and will get you nowhere with a lot of effort. You'll only end up tired and worn out. Instead, ride the waves life throws at you and get some style points while you're at it.

This post is mainly a reminder to myself to go with the flow. My life will be going through a lot of change very soon, and it's scary. It feels like I'm on my way up to the big drop on the roller-coaster of life - click, click, click, click. When the drop comes, nothing will be the same.

Good thing I like roller-coasters!
