A couple of weeks ago, I challenged myself to wake up at 6am at least 3 times during the work week so that I could get a workout/yoga/meditation session in before heading to work.
For those of you who don't know this about me, waking up and getting ready for work is one of the hardest things I do each day (I'm sure a lot of you can relate). I aimed high with this one, and am only a little embarrassed to say I only completed the challenge 1/3 times for the week.
So in keeping accountable to myself and to you, here is a video of me slapping myself in the face with my foot (this was the consequence (not just doing it for kicks)):
