Who are you?

You're not your name or your job. You're not your father's son or your mother's daughter. You're not your race, culture, religion, or heritage. You're not the number of likes on your Facebook status or the number of followers you have on Instagram. You're not even your thoughts or feelings.

So I ask you again; who are you?

You are an onion. From the outer skin, to the core. Each layer of you (onion) is a layer of your ego - your name, your job, your heritage, your thoughts, and all things that you would associate with your identity.

At the core, beneath all the layers of ego, is where you will find yourself ;)
