The Miracle Morning!

Today, I started the miracle morning! It involves waking up after 6 hours of sleep and going through the following ceremony:


  1. Wake up, drink water.
  2. Brush teeth
  3. Meditate for 10 minutes
  4. Read affirmations for 5 minutes
  5. Journal
  6. Read a book for 10-20 minutes
  7. Visualize
  8. Exercise
To be able to start your day by accomplishing these self-improvement habits within the first 2 hours of your day sets you up for a great and successful day, which turns into a great week and into a great year, then hopefully a great life.

It's so simple, it hurts. I encourage everyone to adopt this amazing habit.
